If you can no longer attend a competition, here's what you need to know about cancelling your registration.
How to Cancel
- Go to My Competitions and open the event.
- Tap Cancel Registration.
- Confirm the cancellation.
Refund Policy
Refund policies are set by each competition organiser and vary between events. Common policies include:
- Full refund — If cancelled before a specified deadline (e.g. 14 days before the event).
- Partial refund — A percentage refunded if cancelled close to the event date.
- No refund — Some events have a strict no-refund policy after registration.
- Transfer — Some organisers allow you to transfer your spot to another athlete instead of refunding.
The refund policy is shown on the event page before you register. Always check this before completing payment.
