Uploading Seeding Scores

Some competitions use seeding scores to place athletes into heats or ranking groups. If seeding is enabled, you'll be asked to submit your scores after registration.

What Are Seeding Scores?

Seeding scores are benchmark results (e.g. a 1RM back squat, a 2K row time, or a benchmark workout score) used by the organiser to rank athletes before the competition. This helps create fair heats and divisions.

How to Submit

  1. Go to My Competitions and open your registered event.
  2. Find the Seeding section.
  3. Enter your scores for each required benchmark. Follow the format specified (e.g. time as MM:SS, weight in kg).
  4. Submit your scores before the deadline shown.
