Family Profiles: Viewing a Child's Account
If your gym has linked a child or other dependant to your account, you can switch into their profile from your own — no second login, no separate app.
Switching to their profile
- Open the menu and choose the family member's name from the switcher.
- A banner appears at the top reading Viewing as with their first name, so you always know whose account you are in.
- Tap Switch back in that banner to return to your own.
What you can see and do
While switched in, you see their schedule and bookings, their development profile and assessments, and their training history — and you can book classes for them. Payments for linked family members are collected from whoever your gym has set as the billing sponsor, which is usually you.
If something goes wrong
- No family member listed — the link has not been set up. Ask your gym to link the accounts; it cannot be done from the app.
- You are seeing their data unexpectedly — you are still switched in. Tap Switch back.
- A child has their own login — they can sign in themselves; the family switcher is an extra route in, not a replacement.
