If your gym has recently switched to Bliply from another platform, you'll need to complete a quick one-time setup to activate your new account. Don't worry — your membership details and history have already been transferred by your gym.

What to Expect

Welcome email — Your gym will send you a welcome email with a link to set your new password. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from your gym.
Set your password — Click the magic link in the email to create a secure password for your Bliply account.
Complete onboarding — When you first log in, you'll be guided through a short setup wizard. This is required before you can access the member app.

Onboarding Steps

The setup wizard will ask you to:

Sign contracts — Review and sign your gym's membership agreement digitally.
Sign waivers — Review and sign any required liability or health waivers.
Set up payment — Add your payment details (credit/debit card) for ongoing membership billing. Your billing date and amount will match your existing membership — no change in what you pay or when.

How Long Does It Take?

Most members complete the setup in under 5 minutes. Once done, you'll have full access to the member app — book classes, view workouts, track your progress, and more.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will my membership change? — No. Your membership plan, billing amount, and billing date all carry over from your previous system.
What if I didn't receive the email? — Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact your gym and ask them to re-send the welcome email.
Can I skip the setup? — No, all steps must be completed before you can access the app. This is to ensure your contracts and payment are properly set up.
I'm having trouble with payment — Make sure you're using a valid credit or debit card. If issues persist, contact your gym for assistance.
My old login doesn't work — You need to set a new password using the link in your welcome email. Your old platform credentials won't work here.
