Installing the App on Your Phone
You can use the member app in two ways: as a downloaded app, or straight from your phone browser.
From the App Store or Google Play
- Search for your gym's Bliply app in the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).
- Install it, open it, and sign in with the email address your gym holds for you.
- When asked, allow notifications — this is what lets class cancellations, messages and alerts reach you.
Add to your home screen (no download)
- Open your gym's member link in Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android).
- Tap the share or menu button, then Add to Home Screen.
- The app now opens full screen from its own icon.
Signing in
Use the email your gym has on file. If you have never set a password, choose Forgot password to create one. First-time members are taken through a short setup wizard before the rest of the app unlocks.
Troubleshooting
- Email not recognised — your gym may hold a different address; ask them to check.
- Stuck on an old version — close the app fully and reopen it, or pull down to refresh.
- No notifications — see Push Notifications in the Messages & Notifications section.
