Personal Records (PRs)
The PRs screen is your lifetime best-lifts and best-times board.
How PRs are created
- Automatically — when you log a result that beats your previous best for that movement or benchmark.
- Manually — tap Add PR, pick the movement, enter the weight, reps or time and the date.
Reading the screen
Each movement shows your current best, when you set it, and your history so you can see progression over time. Estimated one-rep maxes are calculated from rep-max efforts using the standard Epley formula.
Sharing and privacy
Your PRs are visible to you and your coaches. If you train at more than one Bliply gym, you will be asked to consent before your records are shared across them — you can review that choice at any time from your profile.
Troubleshooting
- A PR did not register — the movement in the workout may not be matched to a tracked movement; log it manually.
- Wrong units — units follow your gym's setting (kg or lb).
