Viewing Workouts
See what's programmed for your upcoming classes so you can prepare accordingly.
Where to Find Workouts
- From a Booking — Tap on any booked class from your home screen or schedule. If a workout has been assigned, it appears in the class detail view.
- From the Workout Section — Browse all published workouts from the Workout tab.
Workout Structure
Each workout is organised into sections, and each section contains exercises (components):
- Sections — e.g. Warm-up, Strength, Conditioning, Skill, Accessory, Cool-down
- Exercises — Each shows:
- Exercise name (e.g. "Back Squat", "Row 500m")
- Sets and reps (e.g. "5 x 3")
- Time cap or rest period (if applicable)
- Coaching notes — Technique cues, scaling options, and tips from your coach
Logging Results
After completing a workout, you can log your results for tracked exercises:
- Open the workout from your activity history.
- Enter your results: weight lifted, time completed, reps achieved, etc.
- Results are saved to your profile and checked against your personal records.
- If you set a new PR, you'll be notified and the record is updated automatically.
Recording your score
Where a workout is scored, the result screen matches the format your coach set — a time, total reps, rounds, a score per round, or calories. Enter what you actually did; the app checks it against your personal records and tells you if you have set a new one.
Leaderboard
If your gym runs leaderboards, a Leaderboard switch appears when you save a result. Leave it on to have your score appear against the rest of the class, or turn it off to keep the result private to you and your coaches.
If something goes wrong
- "No workout for this day" — nothing has been programmed for that date, or you are not enrolled on an active programme. Ask your coach.
- You cannot see a class workout — coaches sometimes publish the workout shortly before the session.
- The score format looks wrong — it comes from the workout your coach published, so raise it with them.
