Logging a Session with the Workout Tracker
The workout tracker is where you record what you actually did, so your history, PRs and leaderboard results stay accurate.
Starting a session
- Open Workout and choose today's session, or open it from your booked class.
- Tap Start to open the tracker.
- Work through each part of the session — warm-up, strength, conditioning — entering your loads, reps, times or scores as you go.
Heart rate and BXP
If you have paired a heart-rate monitor, your live heart rate, zones and BXP (effort points) are tracked during the session and saved with your result.
Saving your result
Tap Finish to save. Your result appears in Activity, feeds the class leaderboard if your gym uses one, and any new personal best is detected automatically.
Editing or adding later
Missed logging on the day? Open the session from Activity and add or edit your result. Coaches can also log a result on your behalf.
Troubleshooting
- Result did not save — check your connection and reopen the session; entries are kept until submitted.
- Wrong score type — the format (time, reps, load) is set by the workout your coach published.
Before your first tracked session
Heart-rate tracking needs two things in place. If either is missing the tracker tells you and links you straight to the right screen:
- Set up your HR profile — your age and resting heart rate, under Profile → Heart Rate, so your zones are right.
- Link an HR monitor — pair your chest strap or watch in the Devices tab of the same screen.
What is recorded
While a session runs you see live heart rate and elapsed time. When you finish, the session is saved with its duration, average and peak heart rate, time in each zone, and the effort points earned.
Removing a session
Opened the tracker by mistake? Open the session in Activity and delete it. The points and time go with it.
