Welcome to Bliply

Bliply is your all-in-one gym management platform. Whether you run a CrossFit box, personal training studio, yoga space, or multi-location fitness business — Bliply gives you the tools to manage memberships, scheduling, payments, communication, and member engagement from a single dashboard.

Quick Start Checklist

Follow these steps to get your gym fully operational:

  1. Complete your gym profile — Go to Settings → General and fill in your gym name, logo, address, timezone, and currency. This information is used across your sales pages, member app, and emails.
  2. Add your team — Navigate to People → Invite to add coaches, managers, and staff. Each person gets a role that controls their access level (see "Understanding Roles & Permissions").
  3. Import your existing members — Use People → Import to bulk-upload members via CSV. The importer maps your columns automatically and validates data before import. Alternatively, add members manually one by one.
  4. Create your schedule — Go to Schedule and set up recurring classes and one-off sessions. Assign coaches, set capacity limits, and link classes to programmes.
  5. Configure memberships — From Memberships, create your plans with pricing tiers, credit allocations, trial options, and billing cycles.
  6. Connect Stripe — Go to Settings → Payments to connect your Stripe account. This enables online membership sign-ups, card payments, and automated billing.
  7. Set up your website — Navigate to Website to build your branded gym page with sections, forms, and join links.
  8. Configure automations — From Automations, set up welcome sequences, attendance reminders, and membership expiry alerts to run automatically.

Navigating Bliply

The left sidebar contains all major sections. Your sidebar menu order can be customised from Settings → Sidebar Menu to match your workflow priorities. Sections you don't use can be hidden.

Getting Help

Click the ? Help button (bottom-right) on any page to open the AI help assistant. It uses your current page context to suggest relevant articles. You can also browse the full Knowledge Base or submit a support ticket.
