- Member Growth — New sign-ups, cancellations, and net growth over time. Track conversion from leads to trials to paid members.
- Attendance Analytics — Class popularity rankings, peak attendance times, average capacity utilisation per class and time slot.
- Membership Distribution — Breakdown of members by plan type, status, and billing frequency.
- Coach Performance — Classes taught per coach, average attendance rates, and member satisfaction.
- Retention Metrics — Member tenure distribution, churn rate, and engagement score distribution.
Downloadable Reports
Generate and download reports from Insights → Reports:
- Membership summary (active, trial, cancelled, expired counts and revenue)
- Financial overview (revenue, refunds, outstanding payments)
- Attendance report (per class, per coach, per member)
- Member activity report (last visit, engagement scores, booking patterns)
Reports can be exported as CSV or Excel for further analysis.
