Creating & Editing Boards

Each board is an interactive mind-map canvas where you build out ideas using connected nodes.

Creating a Board

1. Select a category from the left panel.
2. Click + New Board.
3. Enter a board title (e.g. "Summer Campaign Plan").
4. Click Create. The board opens in the fullscreen editor.

New boards automatically start with a root node matching the board's title.

Opening a Board

Click on any board in the list to open it in the fullscreen editor overlay. A Close button in the top-right returns you to the board list.

Renaming a Board

1. Click the pencil icon next to the board name in the header.
2. Enter the new name and press Enter or click away to save.

Deleting a Board

1. Click the Delete button on the board.
2. A confirmation dialog appears — type DELETE in the text field to confirm.
3. After deletion, a 30-second Undo toast appears at the bottom of the screen. Click Undo to restore the board.
4. The undo toast remains visible until you navigate away from the Planning page.

Unsaved Changes Protection

If you attempt to close a board with unsaved changes, a confirmation dialog will ask whether you want to discard or save your changes. This prevents accidental data loss.
