Activity Log
Navigate to Settings → System → Activity Log to view a chronological record of all significant actions taken on the platform.
What's Logged
- User account changes (role changes, invitations, deactivations)
- Configuration updates (settings changes, feature flag modifications)
- Billing events (plan changes, payment failures, contract assignments)
- Gym status changes (activation, deactivation, cancellation)
- Template updates (email templates, automation templates, legal templates)
Using the Activity Log
The activity log is invaluable for:
- Auditing — "Who changed this gym's plan?" or "When was this feature flag modified?"
- Troubleshooting — "What happened before this gym reported an issue?"
- Accountability — Tracking who made what changes and when
Error Monitoring
Navigate to Settings → System → Errors to view logged errors from backend functions and system processes.
What's Shown
- Edge function execution errors (timeouts, exceptions, failed API calls)
- Automation flow failures (node execution errors, template resolution failures)
- Email delivery errors (bounces, rejected sends)
- Payment processing errors (Stripe webhook failures)
Investigating Errors
- Check the error message and stack trace for the root cause
- Note the timestamp and correlate with the activity log if needed
- Check if the error is recurring (same error repeated) or one-off
- For automation errors, check the specific flow and node that failed
- For email errors, check the recipient address and sender domain configuration
