Analytics Dashboard
Navigate to Analytics in the sidebar for detailed platform performance data. The analytics page provides in-depth metrics beyond the dashboard summary.
Available Metric Categories
| Category | Metrics Included | What to Look For |
|---|---|---|
| Revenue | MRR, ARR, revenue growth rate, revenue per gym | Consistent growth; investigate any month-on-month drops |
| Customer Metrics | Active gyms, new signups, churn rate, net growth | Churn should stay below 5% monthly; net growth should be positive |
| Engagement | Feature adoption rates, DAU/MAU by gym, most/least used features | Low adoption of a feature may indicate UX issues or lack of awareness |
| Support | Ticket volume trend, average resolution time, satisfaction scores | Rising volume may signal a product issue; rising resolution time may signal staffing needs |
| Sales Pipeline | Lead conversion rates, demo-to-signup funnel, time-to-close | Identify bottlenecks in the conversion funnel |
Date Range Filtering
All analytics support date range selection: last 7 days, last 30 days, last quarter, custom range. Use this to compare periods and identify trends.
Analytics Settings
Navigate to Settings → AI & Analytics → Analytics (Super Admin only) to configure which metrics are tracked and displayed. This includes enabling/disabling specific metric categories and setting dashboard refresh intervals.
