SaaS Contract Management
Navigate to Settings → Plans & Billing → SaaS Contracts to manage contract templates and track contract status across all gyms.
Contract Templates
Contract templates define the standard terms for gym subscriptions. Each template includes:
- Title — e.g. "Bliply SaaS Agreement — Engage Tier"
- Body — Full legal text with merge fields for gym-specific details
- Version number — Automatically incremented on each update
- Status — Active (current version) or Archived (historical)
Template Versioning
When you update a contract template:
- The current version is archived (not deleted)
- A new version is created with your changes
- The new version becomes the active template for future contract assignments
- Existing signed contracts are not affected — they remain on the version they were signed under
Viewing Archived Versions
Click View Archive or expand the template to see all historical versions. This provides a complete audit trail for legal compliance and dispute resolution.
Assigning a Contract
When a new gym signs up, the current active version of the relevant contract template is assigned to their account. The gym owner must sign the contract (either digitally or via the platform's signature flow) before it's considered active.
No SaaS Contract Reminder
If a gym has been active for 7 days without a signed SaaS contract, the No SaaS Contract Reminder platform automation fires, sending a reminder email. Monitor this to ensure all gyms have proper legal coverage.
