VAT & Tax Settings
Navigate to Settings → Plans & Billing → Tax: VAT (Super Admin only) to configure value-added tax settings for the platform.
What This Controls
- VAT Rate — The default VAT percentage applied to gym subscriptions
- VAT Registration Number — Your business's VAT registration for invoicing
- Reverse Charge Rules — Configuration for B2B cross-border transactions
- Invoice Display — Whether invoices show tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive pricing
Important
VAT configuration is a Super Admin only setting due to the financial and legal implications of changes. If a non-Super Admin needs VAT modified, they must escalate to a Super Admin.
