Platform Email Templates
Navigate to Communications → Email Templates to manage operational email templates used by platform-level automations and system notifications.
Purpose
Platform email templates are system-level emails sent to gym owners, leads, and administrators — not to gym members. They are the email content referenced by platform automation flows.

Editing a Template
- Click on a template to open the block-based email editor
- Edit the subject line, hero image, body content, and call-to-action buttons
- Templates support merge fields:
{{gym_name}},{{owner_name}},{{owner_email}} - Save — changes apply to all future sends using this template
