Media Library

Navigate to Content → Platform → Media Library to manage shared images, videos, and brand assets used across the platform.

What You Can Store

• Images — Hero images, email header graphics, social media assets, product screenshots
• Logos — Brand logos in various formats (SVG, PNG, dark/light variants)
• Videos — Tutorial videos, demo recordings, promotional content
• Documents — Brand guidelines, sales collateral, training materials

Uploading Files

1. Click + Upload or drag and drop files into the library
2. Add metadata: title, description, tags for searchability
3. Files are stored in cloud storage and accessible via URL

Using Media in Other Areas

Files uploaded to the media library can be referenced in:

• Email templates (both platform and gym level)
• Website builder sections
• Marketing materials and broadcasts
• Knowledge base articles

Organisation

Use tags and search to keep the library manageable as it grows. Consistent naming conventions help: e.g. email-hero-welcome.png, logo-dark-horizontal.svg.
