Authoring & Publishing Catalogue Items

Workflow

Open Development Templates and choose the relevant tab (Components, Templates, Grading scales, Levels, Achievements).
Click + New, fill in the fields, and save. New items are immediately part of the catalogue and selectable by any gym.
For assessment templates, add items by selecting components from the platform Component Library and link each to a default scoring profile.
Use clear, gym-agnostic names — these will appear in every gym's Bliply Catalogue browser.

Pushing to gyms

Use the Push to gyms action on any catalogue item to install it directly into specific gyms, all gyms on a tier, or all gyms — without waiting for them to add it themselves. The push uses the same clone_platform_development_template RPC as the gym-side install button, so the result is identical: a fully-formed, editable copy in the gym's account with all dependent components auto-created.

Editing existing items

Edits to a platform catalogue item only affect future installs. Gyms that have already installed the item keep their independent copy and are unaffected. To distribute an update, either push the revised version to gyms, or coordinate a re-install.

Lineage

Every gym-side resource created via the catalogue records a source_platform_id and a row in gym_development_template_links. This lets the platform see adoption per template and lets gyms see which of their assets originated from the catalogue.
