Dashboard Overview
/platform is the first screen after logging in: a read-only snapshot, refreshed on load.
Stat Cards
| Card | What It Shows | Watch For |

| New Leads | Leads awaiting attention. | Hidden for Support Managers. |
Sections
- Subscription Changes (30d) — upgrades, downgrades and changes pending approval. Sales-facing.
- Support Tickets — calls today, open, in progress, and average resolution time. Support-facing.
- Stripe Health — gyms whose Stripe account is blocking charges or payouts. Act on these before they become tickets.
- Recent Gyms — the newest accounts, for a quick look at whether onboarding is moving.
Role Variants
A Sales Manager sees New Leads and Subscription Changes but not Support Tickets. A Support Manager sees the reverse. Everyone else sees all of it. The data behind the sections is identical — only visibility differs.
Gotchas
- Numbers are cached briefly by the app. A change you just made may need a reload.
- If the figures look like one gym rather than the business, you are still inside a gym — exit gym context.
