The Bliply platform is the internal management hub used by the Bliply team to manage gym clients, billing, support, content, communications, and product development. This is your single source of truth for everything operational.
Sidebar Navigation
The left sidebar is organised into collapsible sections. On desktop it stays visible; on mobile it collapses to icons and can be toggled open. Your sidebar is divided into:
Operations (always visible)

Sidebar Badges
Two live badge counts are displayed:
- Support Tickets — Shows count of open + in-progress tickets (refreshes every 60 seconds)
- Gym Leads — Shows count of leads with status "new_lead" (refreshes every 60 seconds)
Sidebar Reordering
The Operations section supports drag-and-drop reordering via the sidebar order dialog. Your custom order is saved per-user. Access it from the Settings area.
