Onboarding Pipeline
When a new gym signs up, they enter the onboarding pipeline. You can track and manage their progress from the Gyms → [Gym Name] → Onboarding tab.
Onboarding Stages
| Stage | What Happens | Your Action |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Account Created | Gym owner has registered and received login credentials | Send welcome message, schedule onboarding call if needed |
| 2. Profile Setup | Gym completes basic profile: name, logo, timezone, location, currency | Check profile is complete, offer assistance |
| 3. Data Import | Members, classes, schedules imported from previous system | Assist with CSV formatting, run import, validate data |
| 4. Configuration | Memberships, billing, Stripe connection, schedule configured | Guide through settings, verify Stripe connection |
| 5. Go Live | Gym is actively using the platform with real members | Final check, mark as fully onboarded |
Migration Support
If a gym is migrating from another platform (e.g. Mindbody, Wodify, Glofox), the onboarding tab tracks migration-specific progress. Key migration tasks include:
- Exporting data from the old platform (you may need to assist with format conversion)
- Importing member data via the bulk CSV importer
- Mapping membership types from old system to Bliply membership plans
- Verifying class schedules and coach assignments
- Testing payment processing before going live
Stale Migrations
If a migration has had no progress for 14 days, the Migration Stale Reminder platform automation fires, sending an email to the gym owner. Monitor the platform automations dashboard for any stale migrations that need manual follow-up.
