Gym List
Gyms (/platform/gyms, Manager+) is the master list of every account — active, trial, suspended, inactive, cancelled, competition hosts and demo accounts.
Search
One search box, matching gym name, city and billing status. There is no owner or email search and no column sorting — use the filters to narrow instead.
Filter Chips

| Active | Billing status active or trial. |
| Hosts | Comp OS host accounts (not gyms). |
| Migrating | Currently migrating from another system. |
| Assisted | Migrating with our assistance — the ones needing hands-on attention. |
| Suspended | Access withdrawn. |
| Demo | Demo accounts. Exclude these when reporting customer numbers. |
| Inactive | Inactive or cancelled. |
Columns
Gym, status, members, staff, tier and created date, with narrower screens dropping columns and mobile collapsing each gym into an expandable card.
Row Actions
- Settings — opens the gym detail page. Available to anyone who can see the list.
- Enter — sets gym context and drops you into their dashboard.
- The overflow menu is Super Admin only: Set Active, Set Trial, Suspend, Set Inactive, and Mark as Demo / Remove Demo Flag. Suspending and marking demo both require explicit confirmation — marking a gym demo makes you type DEMO.
If you are a Manager and cannot see the overflow menu, that is intended. Ask a Super Admin rather than changing state another way.
