Ideas Board
Navigate to Ideas in the sidebar to submit, view, and vote on feature ideas. This is accessible to all platform roles, including Ideas-only users.
Submitting an Idea
- Click + Submit Idea
- Enter a title (concise summary of the feature request)
- Write a description explaining the problem, proposed solution, and expected benefit
- Submit — the idea enters the queue with "Submitted" status
Idea Lifecycle

| Planned | Accepted and scheduled for development | Admin |
| In Progress | Currently being built | Admin |

| Declined | Not accepted (with explanation) | Admin |
Voting
Team members can upvote ideas to signal priority. Ideas with more votes are more likely to be prioritised. Use voting to build consensus before roadmap planning sessions.
Linking to Roadmap
When an idea moves to "Planned" or "In Progress", it can be linked to a specific roadmap item for tracking.
