Navigate to Sales & Growth → Refer a Friend to manage the gym-to-gym referral programme.

How It Works

1. Each existing gym customer gets a unique referral code
2. They share this code with other gym owners
3. When a new gym signs up using that code, both parties receive the configured reward
4. Referral tracking is handled automatically through the signup flow

Configuration

• Reward Type — Percentage discount, fixed amount credit, or free month(s)
• Referrer Reward — What the existing gym gets for a successful referral
• Referee Reward — What the new gym gets for using a referral code
• Terms & Conditions — Custom terms displayed during signup
• Tracking — View all referrals, their status (pending, converted, expired), and payout history
