Platform Integrations
Navigate to Settings → Integrations to configure external service connections.
Platform Stripe
Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Platform Stripe (Admin+) to configure the Stripe account used for processing gym subscription payments.
- API Keys — Publishable key (for client-side) and Secret key (for server-side processing)
- Webhook Endpoint — The URL Stripe calls for real-time event notifications (payments, failures, disputes)
- Test Mode — Toggle between test and live Stripe environments during development
Caution: Changing Stripe configuration affects all payment processing. Only modify after thorough testing in test mode.
Fitness APIs
Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Fitness APIs (Admin+) to configure connections to fitness data providers:
- Heart rate monitor integrations (for BXP scoring and calorie tracking)
- Wearable device APIs
- Third-party fitness data sources
Zoom
Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Zoom (Super Admin only) to configure Zoom integration for virtual class delivery and demo calls.
Twilio
Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Twilio (Admin+) to configure the platform-level Twilio account for SMS and WhatsApp messaging in platform automations, notifications, and campaigns.
- Account SID — Your Twilio account identifier
- Auth Token — Your Twilio authentication token (stored securely)
- SMS — Enable/disable SMS and configure the 'From' phone number
- WhatsApp — Enable/disable WhatsApp (via Twilio) and configure the 'From' number. Requires approved message templates in Twilio.
These credentials are separate from per-gym Twilio configurations. They are used exclusively for platform-level communications to gym owners and leads.
WhatsApp Business Cloud API
Navigate to Settings → Integrations → WhatsApp Business (Admin+) to connect directly to Meta's WhatsApp Business Cloud API for sending WhatsApp messages without a third-party provider.
- Phone Number ID — The ID of your registered WhatsApp phone number (found in Meta Business Suite)
- Permanent Access Token — A long-lived token for API authentication
- Business Account ID — Optional, for advanced account management
When configuring a WhatsApp automation action at the platform level, you can choose whether to send via Twilio or via WhatsApp Business Cloud API on a per-action basis. This allows maximum flexibility — for example, using WhatsApp Business for direct sends and Twilio as a fallback.
