Gym Referral Program (Refer Another Gym)

The Gym Referral Program rewards you for recommending bliply to other gym owners. When another gym signs up using your referral code, you can receive account credits or an ongoing revenue share — depending on the current program configuration set by bliply.

Where to Find It

Navigate to Settings → Billing & Subscription → Refer a Friend to access your gym's referral dashboard.

Your Referral Tools

Your referral dashboard provides three ways to share:

• QR Code — A branded QR code that links directly to the bliply signup page with your referral applied. Download it to share digitally or print it.
• Referral Link — A unique URL (e.g. bliply.app/signup?ref=BREF-XXXXXX) you can copy and paste anywhere — social media, email, group chats.
• Referral Code — A short code (e.g. BREF-XXXXXX) that the other gym owner can enter manually during signup.

Sending Email Invites

You can send a referral invite directly from the dashboard:

1. Enter your friend's email address.
2. Optionally add their name and a personal note.
3. Click Send Invite — an email is sent from sales@bliply.app with your referral link.

Reward Types

The referral program supports two reward models (configured by the bliply platform team):

• Account Credit — A one-time credit is applied to your next invoice once the referred gym activates their subscription.
• Revenue Share — An ongoing percentage of the referred gym's subscription is credited to your account each billing cycle for a set duration.

Tracking Your Referrals

Your dashboard shows:

• Your referral code and usage count
• The current reward model and its terms
• Status of referrals (pending, converted, expired)

Important Notes

• Referral codes are assigned per gym, not per user. All admins of your gym share the same code.
• Referral credits are applied automatically — no manual action needed.
• If the referral program is not yet active, your dashboard will show a message indicating the program is currently unavailable.
• The program terms (credit amount, revenue share percentage, duration) are set by bliply and may be updated periodically. Your existing referrals continue under the terms that were active when the referral was made.
