Gym Settings
Configure every aspect of your gym from Settings. Only Gym Admins and Managers can access this section.
General Settings
- Gym Name — Your official business name, used across the app, emails, and sales pages.
- Slug — Your unique URL identifier (e.g.
your-slugfor/gym/your-slug). - Address — Business address displayed on invoices, contracts, and your website.
- Contact Details — Contact name, email, and phone number for member-facing communications.
- Timezone — Used for all scheduling, class times, and automated actions.
- Currency — The currency used for all pricing and billing.
- Week Start Day — Sets whether your schedule week begins on Monday or Sunday.
- Default Weight Unit — kg or lb, used as the default in workouts and results tracking.
Branding
- Logo — Upload your gym logo (used in the app, emails, sales page, and website).
- Dark Mode Logo — Alternative logo for dark backgrounds.
- Brand Primary Colour — Your primary brand colour, used for buttons, accents, and highlights.
- Brand Theme — Choose light or dark as your default theme.
Tax & Billing
- Tax Enabled — Toggle tax/VAT on invoices.
- Tax Rate — Percentage rate applied to charges.
- Tax Inclusive — Whether displayed prices include or exclude tax.
- VAT Number — Displayed on invoices for tax compliance.
Member Features
- Holds Enabled — Allow membership freezes.
- Allow Member Payment Date Change — Let members request billing date changes.
- Price Change Notice Days — Required notice period before a price increase takes effect.
- Default Hide Coach Details — Hide coach names/details from members in the app.
- Enable Social Sharing — Allow members to share workout results and achievements on social media.
Integrations
- Stripe — Connect for payment processing (see Payments & Invoicing).
- Google Analytics — Add your GA4 Measurement ID for tracking visits to your sales page and website.
Messaging
Navigate to Settings → Messaging to configure SMS, WhatsApp, and email integrations.
- Custom Email Domain — Set up a custom sender domain for branded email delivery.
- Twilio — Connect your Twilio account for SMS and WhatsApp (via Twilio) messaging in automations, notifications, and campaigns. Enter your Account SID, Auth Token, and configure SMS/WhatsApp 'From' numbers.
- WhatsApp Business Cloud API — Connect directly to Meta's WhatsApp Business Cloud API for sending WhatsApp messages without a third-party provider like Twilio. Enter your Phone Number ID, Permanent Access Token, and optionally your Business Account ID. Find these in your Meta Business Suite.
When configuring a WhatsApp automation action, you can choose whether to send via Twilio or via WhatsApp Business Cloud API on a per-action basis.
Sidebar Menu Order
Customise the order and visibility of sidebar navigation items from Settings → Sidebar Menu.
Test Email Override
During setup, you can set a test email address. All outgoing emails will be redirected to this address instead of going to actual members — useful for testing automations and templates before going live.
