Sales Pages & Join Flow

Every gym gets a branded online sales area where prospective members can browse membership plans and sign up. The join flow handles the complete sign-up process from plan selection to payment.

Your Sales Page

Your sales page is automatically generated from your gym's settings and membership plans. It displays:

• Your gym name, logo, and description
• Available membership plans with pricing, credits, and features
• A "Join" button for each plan

Join Flow Steps

1. Select a Plan — The prospect chooses a membership plan (and payment option if multiple exist).
2. Enter Details — Name, email, phone, date of birth, and any custom fields.
3. Apply Discount Code (optional) — Enter a promotional code to reduce the price.
4. Sign Waivers — If required, digitally sign liability waivers and contracts.
5. Pay via Stripe — Card details are entered securely via Stripe Checkout. Supports card payments and direct debit.
6. Account Created — The member's account is automatically created, membership activated, and a welcome email sent.

Join Links

Generate unique, shareable URLs that pre-select a specific membership plan:

1. Go to Memberships → Share (or the plan's detail page).
2. Click Generate Join Link.
3. Copy the URL and share via social media, email, or QR codes.

Join links can also be generated for payment options with "Direct Link" visibility — creating private sign-up URLs for special offers.

Payment Option Visibility

• Public — Shown on the sales page to everyone.
• Direct Link — Only accessible via a private URL (auto-generated share token). Not visible on the public sales page.
• Hidden — Only assignable by admins. Not available for self-sign-up.
