Programmes
Programmes group related classes and workouts into organised training plans across multiple weeks and phases. They also control which members can access which classes based on their membership plan.
Key features
- Multi-week, multi-phase structure with start dates and progression tracking.
- Assign programmes to specific classes so the right workout is delivered automatically.
- Track member progression and attendance across the programme lifecycle.
- Duplicate, fork, and customise existing programmes to iterate faster.
Creating a programme
- Navigate to Programmes from the sidebar (Manager+ only).
- Click + New Programme.
- Set a name (e.g. "CrossFit", "Yoga", "Olympic Weightlifting"), description, and optional duration.
- Save the programme.
Building out a programme
Two paths are supported:
- Workout-by-workout — build each session in the manual workout builder and attach it to the programme week / day.
- Coach-Led Import — bring in a whole week (or phase) of pre-written programming via the import pipeline. The pipeline parses movements, lets you confirm groupings (supersets, tri-sets, complexes), and uses AI-driven enrichment to populate warm-ups and coaching notes before publishing into the programme.
Linking classes to programmes
When creating or editing a class, select a programme from the dropdown. This links the class to that programme for access control purposes.
Programme access control
Memberships can be configured to grant access to specific programmes:
- No restrictions — Members with this membership can book any class regardless of programme.
- Specific programmes — Members can only book classes linked to the programmes their membership grants access to.
This is configured from Memberships → Edit Plan → Programme Access.
Use cases
- A "CrossFit Only" membership that only allows CrossFit classes
- A "Premium" membership that allows all programmes
- A "Yoga Pass" membership restricted to Yoga programme classes
Importing programmes
Bulk-import programme definitions from CSV using Programmes → Import. The AI mapper helps map your columns automatically.
