Body Intelligence Score
Your Body Intelligence Score is a daily 0–100 number that reflects your body's current readiness for training, based on your recent check-in data.
Two Types of Score
- Predictive score — Generated automatically each morning (03:15 UTC) by a background process. It uses your historical check-in patterns from the same point in your cycle (±2 days) or your most recent data to forecast today's readiness before you train.
- Actual score — Calculated immediately after you complete a Body Check-in following a workout. This replaces the predictive score for the day with a real-data result.
How It's Calculated
The score is computed from your last 7 check-ins, weighing:
- Recovery (30%) — How recovered you feel between sessions.
- Workout feel (25%) — Whether workouts feel strong or exhausting.
- Energy (25%) — Your reported energy levels.
- Symptoms (15%) — More symptoms reduce the score.
- Mood (5%) — A small mood boost or penalty.
Recommendations
Below the score, bliply suggests 2–3 activities that suit your current state. For example:
- High score → "Heavy strength work", "Sprint intervals"
- Medium score → "Moderate cardio", "Skill practice"
- Low score → "Light mobility", "Active recovery walk"
Learning Phase
When you first enable the feature, bliply enters a 12-week learning phase. During this time, you'll see a progress bar showing how far along the learning period is. After 12 weeks of data (at least 3 full cycles), insights become more personalised and pattern-based. AI-generated insights are suppressed during the learning phase.
No Score Today?
If you haven't logged a workout today, you may still see a predictive score generated overnight. Log your first activity and complete the Body Check-in to get your actual score.
