Nutrition Tracking
Track what you eat alongside your training to build a complete picture of your progress. This is available if your gym has switched the feature on — open Nutrition from the menu.
The four tabs
- Today — calories, protein, carbs, fat and water against your targets.
- Week — the seven-day trend, which matters far more than any single day.
- Month — the longer pattern.
- Energy — what you have eaten against what you have burned, using your logged training, with a weekly summary of total intake, exercise burn and net balance.
Getting started
- Set your targets first, under Nutrition Goals — see Setting Your Nutrition Targets.
- Log your food as you go. You can describe a meal in plain English or photograph a nutrition label — see Quick Ways to Log Food.
- Check in weekly rather than obsessing over daily numbers.
Insights
Once you have a few days logged, the weekly view can generate a short written summary of how your intake lines up with your training and targets.
If something goes wrong
- Nutrition is missing from the menu — your gym has not enabled it. Ask them.
- "Profile data needed" — add your height, weight and date of birth in Profile → Body Settings.
- No trends showing — log food across several days first.
- Energy balance looks odd — it depends on logged sessions, so untracked training will not count.
