This is typically the largest import. The AI will attempt to auto-map each person to a membership from Step 1 based on the membership name in your data.

What to Include

• First Name and Last Name — Required.
• Email — Used as the unique identifier. Duplicate emails will be flagged.
• Phone — Mobile number (any format accepted).
• Membership — The name of the membership plan. Must match a membership from Step 1 for auto-mapping.
• Join Date — The date the member originally joined (format: YYYY-MM-DD).
• Status — Typically "active", "inactive", or "frozen".
• Emergency Contact — Name of the emergency contact person.
• Emergency Phone — Phone number for the emergency contact.

AI Auto-Mapping

When your file includes a membership column, the AI fuzzy-matches each value against your imported memberships. Exact matches are applied automatically; close matches are flagged for manual confirmation.
